Order from the Netherlands and Belgium

Orders from the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days. If you order before 16.00 you'll package will be send out the same day. You can expect to receive the package the next day (Netherlands only). Once your package is send out we will send you a track and trace email (PostNL).

We aim to deliver all international orders in 1-3 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

International orders

All international orders are dispatched through DHL or airmail. 

We aim to deliver all international orders in 5-13 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 15 working days, please contact us. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Payments

All payments are received securely via PAYPAL, IDEAL, Bankcontant, MasterCard, VISA, American Express. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.
